Friday evening is a great opportunity to change gear and set yourself up for the weekend ahead. Focus on movement to recharge your oxygen levels; dynamic flowing postures linked together using your breath. Slow right down to focus on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing; restorative yoga is a practice of self-healing.
