First Aid training

Rooted in the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981, my courses give clear and specific guidance to help you learn the skills and information needed to deal with a first aid emergency.

for Yoga Teachers

Following the Emergency First Aid at Work syllabus, and bringing the training alive with a focus on specific considerations when teaching yoga.

Training for you

Emergency First Aid at Work certificates are valid for 3 years. You may need to keep your training current for your governing body (eg Iyengar UK) , your insurance provider or for the studio you work in.

Keep it fresh!

Join me for a half day refresher - this course helps you keep your skills and knowledge fresh between full courses. (Recommended annually)

In-house training

Host your own training session for your staff or teachers. You pay me a flat rate to deliver the training, and resell the spaces on to your clients. Max group size 10.

I hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and have done multiple first aid training courses, including:
