My credentials

I hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and

current certification for Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

and First Aid Aid at Work (FAW)

Additionally, I am an experienced yoga teacher with 200h foundation Hatha training and additional training in Restorative and Vinyasa. Outside of the studio environment, I have been facilitating training in corporate settings for 20 years and take pride in bringing important topics alive in an engaging manner to help them stick.

First Aid
for Yoga Teachers

Following the Emergency First Aid at Work syllabus, and bringing the training alive with a focus on specific considerations when teaching yoga.

Training for you

Emergency First Aid at Work certificates are valid for 3 years. You may need to keep your training current for your membership/governing body, your insurance provider or for the studio you work in.

Keep it fresh!

Join me for a half day refresher - this course helps you keep your skills and knowledge fresh between full courses. (Recommended annually)

In-house training

Host your own training session for your staff or teachers. With competitive flat rates for delivering the training, you have the option to resell the spaces on to your clients. Max group size 12.
