If this is your first time joining my class, or you have any new injuries or conditions, please let me know so I can help you practice safely :)

If you are pregnant, you have given birth or miscarried within the last 6 weeks, my classes may not be suitable for you - please get in touch with me before you attend class - hello@yoga-katie.com

Declaration: I understand that as with any physical activity, there is risk of injury while practicing yoga. When attending a Yoga with Katie class, I will practice within my own limits and understand I can sit out or adapt any activities that do not suit my body.
