About the event
Join me for a seasonal special combining some of my favourite things - yoga, the great outdoors and fab local produce! We will start with a gentle yoga class to move our bodies- building strength, mobility and flexibility as well as taking time to relax and reset. The yoga class will be suitable for all - whether you are a terrified first timer or a seasoned pro.
Your ticket includes a complementary hot drink after class- take your time and have a browse at the fantastic farm shop while you’re there.
As this is a pop up class taking place outdoors, please dress for the weather- there is no indoor option! We will be practicing on grass - please your own yoga or fitness mat and maybe even a picnic blanket to roll it out over.
