Restorative yoga is a brilliant way to de-stress. No previous experience or equipment is required, just a willingness to give relaxing a go ;) Poses are supported, passive and held a long period to invoke during deep relaxation, which is very healing to the nervous system (including the brain) and organ systems of the body.
You're welcome to bring your own mat, but the studio has all the props we will need. Please wear really comfy clothes- cosy socks are highly recommended!
